Brulee Cheese Cake / Family Mart

When it comes to a sweets lineup, the two brands, Family Mart & Lawson are fiercely competing with each other.

What I've tested recently was "Hokkaido Cheese Brulee Cake" from Family Mart. (¥248)

Its official website says they've successfully taken the best parts of three different types of cheese from Hokkaido, known as the best dairy area of Japan. 

This caramelized part on top creates a nice flaky texture being not overly sweet! And as its official suggests, it's like you're paying for the great combination of different kinds of cheese. 

The main sponge part is quite light & well-balanced with a pleasant flavor from cheese. 

The only downside is its size...this is too small for men, but obviously we're not the main target of this item...
