Beef Diner You

Hamburg steak is one of the most beloved dish in Japan. 

However, it's a bit difficult for people outside Japan to understand why it's so popular because it just looks like a patty directly extracted from the center of hamburger...

But it's not that simple. You'll probably fall in love with it once you try!

Beef Diner You, which I have found during my virtual trip on the Google Map, is definitely the place for meat / beef lovers. 

The key to them being able to offer quality beef is because it's managed by a meat wholesaler. 

Menu wise, they only have one format & variation comes from the amount of meat. The more you pay, the heavier your plate becomes.

For most people, regular ￥780 / 150g or large ￥980 / 200g would be good enough.

Juice Oozing

7-8 mins later, my order was delivers with an incredibly appetizing sound! 

At this diner, all the meat is cooked rare and you're advised to cook to your preference by yourself using a small heated stone on the plate. 

At the moment your chopsticks touch the surface of the meat, beautiful juice generously oozes out!

Enjoy Fresh Beef!

Oh yeah, it's time to Rock n' Roll! After finishing the piece to your preference, just dunk it to the sauce you selected at the ordering out of the 6 different options.

My choice was Wasabi Soy Sauce just following the shop's ranking and turned out to be definitely worth a try. 

Crisp Veggies

The veggies that come with your beef patty are the heap of beansprouts, corn & kidney beans.

Sprinkle pepper & salt by yourself and give the last touch with a sauce on the table. They also taste fresh & had a crisp texture.

Taking this reasonableness of ￥780 into consideration, I'd definitely go back to this place!
